If you have purchased an activation key and in case of difficulties to use the software, necessarily enter in your message the dimensions of the terrace, the list of tiles forming the slab model, and also the characteristics of excluded areas and cutting templates if you used these features.
To create a screen capture of the software, press the ALT + “Print screen” keys of the keyboard, start a drawing software (ex: mspaint), select the edit/paste menu or CTRL+V then save the picture in jpeg format.
